Gretsch revives the old classics with the Players Edition and breathes a bit of modernity into them. The Country Gentleman convinces thanks to authentic Filter’Tron pickups, and the Gotoh Locking Tuners. Furthermore, the 6122 features the new ML bracing. This revised version of the well-known trestle bracing reduces the contact between top and bottom from four to two points. This increases the acoustic vibration behaviour and results in a very resonant and bell-rich sound!
