The Boss Waza Tube Amp Expander is an all-in-one solution for in the studio, at home or live:
- Reactive Load Box: Reduce the volume of your amp to a moderate level. The overdrive, dynamics and feel of a fully cranked-up tube amp are retained. Works with amps up to 150 watts of power
- Mic’d Cab emulated XLR outputs: Connect your tube amplifier to the PA or audio interface without the hassle of having to mic it up. This signal emulates the sound of a microphone in front of the speaker and is therefore ideal for transmitting the sound of your amp on stage or in the studio
- USB connection: The Tube Amp Expander is also an audio interface! Record directly on your computer. In addition, the dedicated editor software allows you to combine various virtual microphones, speakers and rooms to shape the sound exactly to your taste
- Send/Return: Is your amp lacking an effects loop? The Tube Amp Expander features an FX loop so that you can apply a delay pedal to your vintage amp
- 100 Watts power amplifier: You want the opposite of a load box? Use the power amp from the Tube Amp expander to boost your 5 watt mini amp to 100 watts Class AB so that you can give yourself the full roar via two 4×12” cabinets.
