A true rarity! We rarely get to see an amp like this: A “Brownface” Fender Deluxe Amp from 1963. Fender only produced amps in the brown look from 1962 to 1963. The few amps made in this color rarely appear on the market – don’t miss out on this opportunity!
This Deluxe Amp is in very good vintage original condition. The original 120V transformer is still in the amp. An external transformer mounted in the cabinet adjusts the voltage to the European 230V. The amp can therefore be used in our latitudes without any additional effort. The grill cloth was replaced in our workshop as the original one was completely torn. The original footswitch is missing, a suitable one is supplied.
The sound is terrific! The distortion is wonderfully warm and crisp. The attack is tight without being sharp or harsh.
