The Gibson ES-140T is a short scale full hollow body electric guitar. First introduced in 1950 as an easy to play guitar for “youngsters or adult guitarists with small hands and fingers”. Gibson also advertised the short scale and slim neck as exceptionally easy to play.
Nowadays this rare vintage guitar is the perfect tool for old school blues tones. It also sounds lovely played with a slide!
This vintage original ES-140T from 1963 is in original condition and playes good. The neck was probably over sprayed a while back. The electronics are working, the guitar was serviced in our workshop and is ready to go!
It’s including what appears to be the original, perfectly fitting hard shell case.
