The Gretsch 6118T has a slightly thinner body than the Country Gents and co. This makes it very comfortable to play and it sounds a bit crisper. Of course with the trestle bracing for better feedback control and the authentic sounding TV Jones Filtertron pickups.
This model has already been given a neck reset (which is due sooner or later on most Gretschs). Thanks to this, it is wonderfully playable and ready for many more years of rock’n’roll!
