Instant 60’s Garage/Surf Fuzz-Tone. The Surfy Industries Surfy Fuzz is based on the influential Mosrite Fuzzrite pedal. The additional “Mass” and “Harmonics” controls help to clean up the sound because, depending on the guitar and amp, the original Mosrite pedals tend to sound washed out or swampy.

An additional feature of the Surfy Fuzz is the “USA/Japan” switch. On the USA side is the Mosrite style fuzz. On the Japanese side, the Surfy Fuzz sounds like an octave style fuzz pedal as they were often produced in Japan in the late 60s.
